Deck discussion for Crappy Deck

celestial purge should be sideboard. use a different card thats universal, not specific types. you dont knwo what deck you'll be playing against. second match, you sideboard and you get rid of the useless cards for cards such as celestial purge.
again this deck is type 1 or 1.5 at the very least. why do you only have one solemn offering? you dont have much experience do you? add 3 more, drop the patrician's scorn and dispeller's capsule. the patrician's scorn card will screw over your oblivion ring which i assume is against the opponent. whats the point of having it? you need more control with using the solemn offering or dispellers capsule. use the offering, you get life.
i give up commenting on this deck, what did you do? buy a starter deck? i know you didnt, but its close enough.

I have been playing for 2 years, if you read above this deck is a "Play-for-fun". And a starter deck? thats funny honestly i have seen your decks on here and they are no different. Consistancy is not always the key in winning a match, it all about what you draw.

mine a starter deck? you obviously havent read them then. that 'fun' deck of yours would not be fun for me. it only goes to show my mind is far more evolved. 2 years and you really havent learned a thing? come on now, you can do better than that. why dont you go back to my decks and tell me whats wrong, at least the standard version, the last thing i want advice from you is for type 1. no thank you sir, not with how you are making decks like this. standard, im still new and open to ideas and have yet to learn all the cards to understand weaknesses.
consistency has its vital role. notice my lands, i have verdant catacombs, that cleans out lands out of my deck. do you see harrow? that also takes lands out of my deck. when you make your deck free of lands, you give yourself a better chance at drawing a card you need. you ever thought of that? ive been playing since the mid 90s. thawing glaciers used to be the hottest thing for that. you wouldnt know that cuz you been in here for a mere 2 years. in type 1 i would be very careful to pull out all my lands, too many land destroying cards available.
you see some of the cards that help me draw? diabolic tutor helps, gifts of the gargantuan helps. you didnt really read my deck. its combo based but its not gonna stall if i dont get what i want. again you didnt read.
what do you know, you only have two years experience and yet the best you can come up with is a walmart cheap deck for fun. you make cheap decks that are not standard but type 1 or 1.5 and you still cant think of anything that powerful.

>.> you do not see much of my "points" when i say something. Yes 2 years thus much to learn. I may not be the best even though i act it, i can still give off a good fight in a battle, maybe not this deck, but if you play against my new red deck things and words might change upon opinions of how your reactions are when you see what i mean by "Good cards with low mana costs".

yah bluedevil, you know something is wrong when you dont care about a deck anymore and more interested in the argument, it only means that the deck was never interesting to begin with and sadly an argument is the only attention this area gets. and then you get james saying 'me too lol'

what does that tell you?

I when the deck isn't all it could be cut out to be. But it is a deck that has a price limit. I believe That if you want to remake this deck and make it winnable you can but if you just want a screw it deck just to well...... screw with people you got that deck.

ah well a deck that is "screw with ppl" is a waste of my time. however there are better decks, much better decks suitable to do the "screw with ppl" mentality. this one doesnt even come close at ALL. reminds me of a starter deck. he added cards making it type 1 yet he doesnt have much to go around. its basically an ant you walk over on without even knowing it.

It is true that it can be better. And it probably has the price range of a starter deck too. But i mean the better cards cost more and we both know that

i never had to buy the expensive shit. i have a very good friend who pretty much has 4 of each card. he lets me make almost any deck i want and just enter tournies.

Well a starter deck is not meant usually to win games, its there to teach the players or remind them how to play Magic in a sense.

Sure it might kinda suck playing against top-tier decks because its like "I concede" after 5 turns. But playing it against other basic decks is pretty fun.

Work with your deck a bit, see what cards..

+ What cards you play most often and are are most useful.
- What cards are not played, usually not useful.

Anyhow, don't be bummed out about other people's collection of cards. Magic is just to have fun most of the time unless your really serious about competition (then.. its kinda brutal... eh... yea). Anyhow, have fun!

Frankly, if this is a "For fun deck" then it can be the worse deck ever. But as long as the person playing it has fun, who cares? And frankly Jnkzm, you seem like an absolute douche who is too absorbed in type 2 to even see how a fun deck can be used. The decks I post here are just for multiplayer games for the most part and they have done things most people will never see outside of casual play.
