The Thrumming Stones, thats a good call, but i'm hesitant for Brainspoil, its just sort of a waste of a space to me.
you can transmute brainspoil to search for thrumming stone.
And it's always handy to have a kill spell.
Well this deck might be a bit boring, since your turns always look something like this. (At best) Turn 1: Swamp Turn 2: Swamp Turn 3: Swamp + Relentless Rat Turn 4: Swamp + Thrumming Stone -> hit for 2 Turn 5: Relentless Rat (Ripple for another hopefully) = 3 rats total -> hit for 4 (one 4/4 rat) Turn 6: Relentless Rat (Ripple for another hopefully) = 5 rats total -> hit for 18 (three 6/6 rats) WIN!
Damn, nicee idea. But i do agree with Chilly, it might not be much fun to play with it due to the basicness of it. Comment my deck: http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=37560
i would put in dark ritual to be able to play something first turn.
Well, chilly, if i was lucky what might happen is by the third turn i play the brainspoil transmute and get the Thrumming stone out then. fourth turn i can play a rat and most likely at least 2 out of 4 rats will be there, and then i have three rats by turn and there 4/4s, being able to hit with all three. also i would summon at least three more rats that same turn before i attack, being able to hit for 7/7, 7/7, 7/7. dealing 21 damage and not needing to get to turn 6 at all.... of course it is a game of luck and i would have to assume that the opposite player has summon some kind of monster or defense, or even countered the brainspoil in the first place. but eh, it is a game of luck.
