Personally, I'd get rid of all the Vivids in favor of basic lands or the Ravnica rare multi-lands (especially ones that can make red, like Blood Crypt and Steam Vents) if you really want the variety. The Vivids come into play tapped, so you can't use them first turn, and the filter lands (Cascade Bluffs, etc.) can't make color until 2nd turn, so you were relying on drawing your one mountain or having your opponent play red in order to get your one-drop. The rest of the deck looks pretty solid.

I can see where you might run into mana problems. The pain lands should serve pretty well though. I'm sure you'll have plenty more options to work with when the new core set comes out and with A:Reborn. Terminate, for one!
I'm not sure how well the Figure of Destiny would work in this deck... that's a lot of red mana for a creature, especially since you don't run white. Land-wise, I basically like your land base, but Exotic Orchard is a card I don't think is really worth running unless you know what colors your opponent is going to play - and I also think that you're running a dangerously large amount of pain lands... You should take some of your pain land out, and replace them with 4x Crumbling Necropolis. Who cares that it comes into play tapped!? You get all three colors that you need in one card! Also, I'd consider running (a lot) more basic lands and sticking in 4x Terramorphic Expanse. Cheaper on the wallet, and works just as well most of the time. Other than that, it looks like a pretty solid deck! (If they weren't SO EXPENSIVE, I'd also suggest at least one more Nicol Bolas...) Thanks for your comment on my sap deck!
