Deck a friend of mine has but has some faults. We have been trying to make it better so I keep tossing him ideas, maybe the community here can toss me/him some good ones? Deck is intended for standard and no rotations btw. Ill post a rough idea of what I know from playing it and my take on how it can be or is and what not.
