One important thing to keep in mind: "storm" and "replicate" doesn't work with Kiln Fiend, because copies made by e.g. storms spells are stacked on top of each other since you didn't technically "cast" multiple spells, it still only counts as 1 spell.

706.10. To copy a spell or activated ability means to put a copy of it onto the stack; a copy of a spell isn’t cast and a copy of an activated ability isn’t activated. A copy of a spell or ability copies both the characteristics of the spell or ability and all decisions made for it, including modes, targets, the value of X, and additional or alternative costs.

You might want to consider adding Mesa Enchantress

As lands, you add sunpetal grove, graypelt refuge, or temple garden instead of wooded bastion

Looks like an great deck to me, but suggest perhaps adding armadillo cloak or behemoth sledge?

I don't think you need so many congregation at dawns and saferight quests (I tested having 4 of these in my deck and it only slows you)

There's too many different cards with different themes. Like if you have Anowon, the Ruin Sage in your deck, then you should remove non-vampire creatures from your deck. I recommend you focus on a theme and having a multiple of a same card rather than many different

It looks like a pretty solid life-gaining deck to me 7/10

Add "Viridian Longbow" to give projected deathtouch

Replace Oakenform with "Blanchwood Armor" since you're mono green

You can also replace Regeneration with "Wrap in Vigor" since you'll have a load of tokens

Overall you have a well-balanced deck
