so you want a card that states take control of opponents creature for a turn? why act of aggression? why not Traitorous Blood http://magiccards.info/isd/en/166.html

Galvanic blast is a 1 mana burn spell, and you have a chance of having metacraft, so you'd rather have a chance of a bounus rather than none at all. Act of aggrssion is an instant, so thats why i'd run it over other steal spells, so you can steal an attacker and block another attacker

Thanks for the comments!

having a bonus is good for burn spells. if you want a one mana costing burn spell with this use either a lightning bolt or shock. The Galvanic Blast's bonus only occurs if YOU control 3 or more artifacts, not if there are 3 or more artifacts on the board. You have no artifacts in this deck so they make no sense.

exactly what i was trying to tell ya jack hov is right. and why not run both? 3 a piece? because your right about the interrupt speed but in all reality you also want a way to attack too....

This deck is for standard, so Lightning bolt is illegal. For the shock Vs. blast, blast is strickly better. shock is a 2 mana deal 2 dmg, and blast is 2 mana deal 2 dmg, with melacraft, you can deal 4. you would always want the "extra text," only for the possibility of controlling 3 artifacts, even though the chances are very, very slim. take this for example:
U: draw a card
U draw a card. if you control 20 land, draw 2 cards.

you will always want the second, just for the chance of 20+, even though you will nearly never have 20+ lands out.

Thanks for the input!

so what your saying is what??? im very confused. gblast is for the mettlecraft. and your deck has NO artifacts...Metalcraft -when you control three or more artifacts said card does "XXXXX" to "XXXXX".

you need a hell lot more artifacts.. and even your inkmoth will not work.. sorry try again * level 1 judge*

shock only costs 1 mana http://magiccards.info/m12/en/154.html if you really want to keep the galvanic blasts consider putting in some master thieves. http://magiccards.info/query?q=!Master%20Thief

also, you state that this deck is a delver deck... were is delver? take your snappys out for him.. snappy is not a good card for standard..its more for modern and legacy

gblast is for a 1cmc burn spell. NOT for metalcraft. im running it because its strickly better than shock, just for the chance of metalcraft. (even though it will almost NEVER happen)

as for this being a delver deck, its not. its a delver shell, but with titans instead of delvers. mainly its a control deck with a delver shell. again, NOT a delver deck.

also, snappy is great in standard. i agree it truly shines in modern/legacy, but it also works wonders in standard. even if im only flashing back a gblast or something.

thanks again.
