So this deck is a collaborative effort between myself and BigSean. The idea is basically to utilize Voracious Wurm for a turn 4 kill and then Kalonian Hydra and Archangel of Thune are there for late-game support. While the deck is centered around the wurm, there are plenty of support cards to make sure the deck has backup plans in case of an untimely doom blade. Comments and suggestions are appreciated!
This is the ideal game with this deck:Turn 1: Forest, Mana Dork.Turn 2: Land, doesn't matter what you play.Turn 3: Land. Heroes' Reunion to gain 7 life and then Voracious Wurm with 7 counters.Turn 4: Land. Preferrably both an Ajani and Call to Serve to give the +1/+2 flying and double strike. Ranger's Guilde will substitute for CAll to Seve and is there to keep the wurm alive. After that, followup with cards like Kalonian Hydra and Archangel of Thune. These cards are capable of winning the game by themselves and synergize well with the wurm.Backup Plans:1. Always open with Ranger's Guile on the wurm and try to keep mana open to do so. It only takes one turn to win the game here, so one angelic is good enough.2. Bioshift is a great backup plan, since you can toss the counters on the angel, the hydra, or even gladecover scout. Gladecover is likely preferrable, since you can give it flying with call to serve.3. Ajani can also win the game by himself if protected and unchecked.GLHF!
