The owner of this deck hasn't added a sideboard, they probably should...
Start typing a card name and use the auto-complete feature to quickly select the card you're trying to add. Enter a quantity and add that card to your sideboard!
Submit a list of cards below to bulk import them all into your sideboard. Post one card per line using a format like "4x Birds of Paradise" or "1 Blaze", you can even enter just the card name by itself like "Wrath of God" for single cards.
After several attempts to make a good bloodthirst deck, this was my end result. Works awesome! Please comment with suggestions!

I don't think warstorm surge will trigger the bloodthirst ability of the creature you summoned. The creature will have already been put on the battlefield before your enchantment can trigger.

im pretty sure it would, because it doesn't enter the battlefield until after it resolves (creatures that are countered dont enter the battlefeild) and the exact text on the card is "enters the battle with x +1/+1" so yeah, it does the damage of the card with the counters.
The way I see it, since both abilities are "Enter the battlefield" abilities, they would trigger at the exact same time. Therefore, not only would the damage be dealt, but it would be with the bloodthirst bonus, and they would enter the battlefield with the +1/+1 counters.

Bloodthirst is a static ability that modifies how a creature enters the battlefield. Q: So does the controller choose where they are in the stack? A: No. Bloodthirst doesn't use the stack. as your creature is about to enter the battlefield it will check if an opponent was dealt damage this turn. if one was, then the event of the creature entering the battlefield is modified to include it entering with the counters [for a basic explanation]
I actually made a bloodthirst deck and brought it to a couple tourney's. They are very hard to make to run well and generally just die.
