The concept is simple. Use suspend and vanishing abilities to get cheap strong creatures. Use Paradox Haze to speed this up. Honestly I think I would find it annoying if someone cast all four Reality Strobe s and two Paradox Haze s. (returning four permanents to my hand every turn... Ouch.)
