honestly I think you are going to have HUGE consistancy issues with this list. I would drop 2x brimstone volleys for 2 faithless lootings and 2x chandra's for the same. Also against things that aggro quickly your going to get overrun. You want to atleast have 2 board wipes mained with things such as slagstorm/blasphemous act.

I don't run messenger as the deck has trouble making a BBB mana cost on a reliable timetable. I run Skirsdag High Priest as the entire focus of the deck is Morbid and I have quite a few ways to trigger it. Pumping out 5/5 Flying Demons on turn 3, consistently on turn 4, is pretty good, I think.

Ratchet bomb owns this deck as does slagstorm/whipflare. Alot of decks are maining this now. Especially with people maining glissa and whatnot now. Wearwolves are bad because ratchet bomb is good. Not because of there energy. Yes wearwolves have a potential turn 4 kill, but either way you look at it. Its still not good engouhg because ratchet bomb is turn 2 and destroys everything you could do.

well it allows you to mana ramp a little faster into the combo your trying to pull off. The Grixis OTK combo is a little slow. Turn 6/7. The consistency on turn 3 solemn will thin your deck decently and meshes well with faithless looting. The Sphere will let you start your combo on turn 5 if all goes well. Turn 1 Black cleave. Turn 2 Sphere. turn 3 solemn. 4 heartless summoning. Turn 5 Combo. You play your entire combo from hand for a kill.

My suggestion would be instead of splashing black, splash green. Run the same idea as Red/green agro but use the mana bumper engine to fuel your token engine. 4x Bird + 4x avacyn pilgrim with 4x midnight haunting/4x Gather the townsfolk. Then hit your turn 2 midnight haunting turn 3 hellrider for 3given damage + the damage over the top. This also lets you slide in hero of bladehold as an easy replacement and allows you to toy around with Phyrexian metamorph. The other amazing thing it does is allows your mana base to be much more efficient with the setup of the green/red/white duel lands.

I would look at running Geralfs Messenger instead of mind crusher.

I love the idea of undying pod. I would however still run a grave titan over mikaeus. 2 mikaeus isnt needed. Grave Titan just wins games by himself.

You are already running undying evil and plenty of other cards that come with undying already. I would drop the mikaeus for a grave titan. I honestly cant think of a time period where I would rather have mikaeus over grave titan.

well you should bump your perilous myr count to 4. This alone will make the priest of urubrask more consistent. You should also look into running it with Sphere of suns so you dont have to worry about color combinations so much. With the current setup I would sideboard the inferno titans and go more combo orientation in game 1. Sideboard into more of a beatdown orient for game 2/3 to throw your opponent off his game.

Have you considered running Phyrexian obliterator as a 4 drop and running prey upons?

for more static damage you could always try a combo with chandra's pheonix. I personally love plunging it then casting brimstone volley then playing her and swinging again :)
