Overall, this is a very simple concept. Try any way you can to get a poison counter on your opponent(s), either using one of the cheap creatures in the deck or through a utility card like virulent wound. As soon as you poison your opponent, it's time to lock it down and fully turn into a control/proliferate deck. It all starts with the queen herself, Atraxa. Get her out as frequently as possible - ideally with a counter spell in hand. On your turns, you should be able to give her infect and/or trample and swing for some big damage. Use your other utility cards (pistus strike, spread the sickness, caress of phyrexia), the powerful proliferate engines (contagion clasp/engine, Karn's bastion, inexorable tide) in the deck, and additional little creatures to keep the pressure on and tack on more counters. In my first game with this deck, I swung with Atraxa on turn 5 for 5 poison, swung at my other opponent for 5 the next turn, and killed both through proliferation in about 20 minutes. Enjoy!
