Maybe Elixir of Immortality so that if you do sack your land before you get Tamiyo's -8 ability you can still get them back?

I'd like to suggest you put in 4x Sunpetal Grove. Also, there really isn't many spells to target Centaur Battlemaster, he doesn't seem to fit this deck. May I suggest Thragtusk to replace the Centaur Battlemaster's?

Yeah, I would have to agree the populate is very useful, especially when you don't have your growing ranks out.

Oh and Mimic Vat would be a nice Artifact to use, you should check it out.
