Very low budget UW Merfolk/Wizard tribal deck that has relatively stable and fast comboing capacity. Utilizes tapping the creatures for mana, tokens and/or cards. The name is a William Blake reference from his book The Marriage of Heaven and Hell that goes "The cut worm forgives the plow." The primary strategy is to stall and ramp till you get Wanderwine prophets on the battlefield. Then you drive them through, either with Merfolk Sovereign, Sygg, Apostle's Blessing or just sheer force. At that point, you should have enough token generation capacity to upkeep an infinite turn combo. If you get a shitty hand, there's plenty of token generation cards here to build a damn army and beat the crap out of your opponent. Hopefully. This deck is far from finished - I will get at least couple of double or filter lands and will twiddle with land ratio to avoid mana screw. I've also considered adding Venser The Sojourner, Voidmage Prodigy, Fallowsages or Surgespanners due to their highly promising synergy - at least sideboarding som of these could prove highly convenient. In addition, if Sage's Dousing turns out to be too heavy, I'll probably have it replaced with Mana Leak and maybe add one Spell Snare in the mix as well. All this requires a lot of testing.
