I would probably drop the naturalize mainboard. Make room for maybe one more land and a couple more Blessings of Nature. So -3 Naturalize +1 Rogue's Passage +2 Blessings of Nature.

Essentially you want to mill yourself a decent amount, get token producing cards and mana ramp cards (like Battle Hymn) into the graveyard. Once that is done you cast Past in Flames to give them all flashback. Make a bunch of tokens and Battle Hymn so you have a ton of mana, then you have some options. 1. You cast Epic Experiment for around ten and then cast everything, make more dudes and mana. 2. You cast Burn at the Stake if you have a lot of dudes, you cast Devil's Play if you have a lot of mana. That is pretty much it. The sideboard is for game two unless you think you can combo again, people have no clue what's going on when you bring out a Delver! Haha
^^^ If you couldn't tell this is standard, Wall of Denial is not standard.
I have ran this extensively against many decks, I can usually hold even fast aggro decks off until I either hit a heartless or my six mana needed to drop a titan.
and why don't you run Lightning Bolt over Volcanic Hammer?
Ok, I have tinkered with some other color reanimators and with solar flare. You need to be running 4 Drowned Catacomb, 2 Glacial Fortress, and 2 Isolated Chapel's at least. Fill the rest with basics (I hate Scars lands). All together you should probably be running around 25 lands, seeing as how you are going to mill half of them. I think a sun titan mainboard is a must, and I think you should ditch Runic Repetition all together, throw the BSZ in the side board and main board at least 3 Doom Blades. I know this is looking closer to Solar Flare but your win condition is better. Those are my suggestions.
I have been meaning to build something like this since Snapcaster Mage came out. I recently attented the SCG Open in Indianapolis and I liked how the Burning Vengeance decks worked. That seems to be the only thing you are missing, and with there being so many instants and sorceries how can you not run Delver of Secrets for alternate win con? Here's my version http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=242998
Get the negates out of the main board, dissapate or snapcaster can come in to replace it.
Sideboard Oblivion Rings and Rebukes. You might also try some Mental Misstep sideboard.
That might end up being alright but I don't like Rakish Heir considering you have eight creatures, Stormblood and Reckless Waif that aren't vampires. The rest looks solid though. But I would also drop two shocks for two more of the curses.
Take out the bears and dragons and the unsummons and mind controls. Go full mill, you have to commit. Add in Merfolk Mesmerist and Hedron Crabs. Instead of the unsummons put in tome scours. Instead of the mind controls use archive traps. Other than that its alright! :)
