I've been thinking of making an annoying land destruction deck for a while especially with the release of worldwake. I would definitely consider putting in roiling terrain and taking out some other things. That would definitely be worth it as it seems you will be destroying many of their lands so that will help you and deal damage. Sort of like a better poison the well.

Oh also I just looked up the ruling on copying (for Jwari shapeshifter) and she does not copy pre-existing counters. So she basically comes in as just what the card would have been if you played it itself. In my mind that is not that useful (although it will allow me early game to choose which creatures i want more of on the field).
I like the cascade idea with bituminous blast, but the hindering light and dispel instants are not for control. They are there to protect your allies when you beef them up. I've played an early version of this deck a lot and was constantly thwarted by creature destroy spells or removals. Since allies are mostly contingent on aggro, than you need a way to keep them safe. I don't think seascape aerialist or ondu cleric is needed. You'll have more than enough allies to really have to worry about flying and the Paladin will cover life issues. Plus Agadeem allows you to take from them. Loremaster is crucial for middle to end game when you need more cards. Yeah I had Ancient Ziggurat in there before, maybe I'll sideboard that.
