Deck Description

Bloodchief Ascension seems to be to be a card with a LOT of potential, especially if you have a way of shocking your opponent each turn. Guess what card does that...

...Eidolon of the Great Revel!

The decks attempts to maximize both efficient burn and efficient creatures to kill your opponent before they have a chance to stabilize. Then once you have an active ascension, every card they play results in a 4 life swing in your favor! That's nuts for just a single black mana!

Deck discussion for Modern Rakdos Deck Wins

bloodcheif ascension is a good addition. this deck could really use 2-4 of shard volley and dark confidant. then rakdos charm for creature heavy decks (SB)

my only question is why do you have stomping ground instead of another mountain?

That's for Sideboard Options, you can choose to not include it if you have no Green in the SB though.

I'd put stomping ground in the sideboard

I don't really advise putting lands in the sideboard, it's generally better to mainboard a one-of extra color than to waste a SB slot which could have been another answer.

Yes but you have many empty slots in your sideboard

For me, sideboard really depends on what you're expecting to fight against, and it changes every time you play. So sideboards on here are really only giving suggestions and ideas.

Feel free to move the SG to the SB if you wish, but I would advise against it in general.
