Trying to get a viable mill strategy going. Experience tells any mill player that dedicated mill usually lacks early and efficient defensive capabilities on the battlefield. This makes use of some great early defensive creature options rather than the typical flood the deck with counters strategy.
The idea is to hopefully use Hedron Crab as a reliable 1 drop for continuous mill through landfall or Memory Sluice to get the quick start on milling your opponent. Tidehollow Strix, Baleful Strix, and Fog Bank are your 2 drops.(Baleful is perfect for early draw and a combination of 8 creatures with deathtouch and 4 that can't be killed by combat damage provides a reliable shield that should be deployable every game by turn two)Then the point becomes to use Glimpse the Unthinkable Mind Funerals and more Memory Sluices top keep the mill going and with extra cheap creatures on the field you should be able to make use of the sluice's conspire. Counterspell is obvious why its here, with limited mill you don't want them countering too much. Psychic Spiral is great for those wraths and similar sweepers with its own mill side effect.Parasitic Strix is for some extra offense towards the player rather than their library. Consuming Aberration is the heavy hitter to bring the mill harder and even if you can't seem to make his ability speed the mill up quickly enough just attack with him and all the strixes to ensure the win. And even if they don't sweep the field you can cast Psychic Spiral for the reusage of the limited mill.
