*AND an opponent has less than 10 life. Not a major requirement, but more than one requirement makes in less useful.

Counterspell instead of Cancel. Otherwise the only card Isochron is capable of imprinting is Lightning Bolt.
Blood Moon would ruin your day. You have enchantment removal but by the time it hits the field you're not able to generate mana for the rest of the game.
Any reason for the darksteel relic? I'm not seeing any metalcraft or affinity here so it seems like a wasted spot.
I'd recommend replacing Sorin with Liliana of the Dark Realms. After her ultimate, extort will be multiplied many fold.
I'm making a similar deck where I use wishes to fetch Sigarda and enchantments/equipment for her. I hold off on playing her until I use either wraths, terminus, or Gideon Champion of Justice to wipe the board. Until I get to that point though I fend off opponents with cards like fog, holy day, awe strike, spore frog, kami of false hope, hallow, tangle, and moment's peace. I haven't got to play test it yet but I'm certain it will piss certain decks off and get destroyed by others.
I'm running a similar deck strategy now. True story about those Island creators. Right now I'm running 4 copies each of Sea's Claim, Spreading Seas, Phantasmal Terrain, and Convincing Mirage, as well as 4 copies of Annex to steal a couple. My strategy is based on decimating their mana base and using my own islandwalkers to whittle them down. Check it out. Deck link: http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=312346
True, I agree with that but I needed to order more Counterspells. Kinda limited cus I'm just beginning to rebuild my decks after selling almost all of my cards. I fell out of magic for a while and when I started hanging out with my old friends again I decided to build a few decks again. And I was considering dropping the last remove soul and 2 phantasmal terrains and tossing in 2 Guard Gomazoa and my Memnarch, just for defense and Memnarch's stealing ability when I have excess mana not being used?
Alright, made a couple of edits now, to increase the versatility. Any suggestions for mana fixing? I'd like something cost efficient that won't slow down how quickly I can enchant their lands or reduce my enchantments, I need as many as possible to get them as quickly as possible. Considering most cards only require 1 or 2 of a specific color to play I need to keep up on the land destruction or enchanting.
I'd suggest dropping a couple Shared Triumphs and Honor of the Pures. Then I'd suggest replacing them with a couple Sliver Legions and Crystal Quarry so you can play them. Why give all creatures +1/+1 when you can add an additional card to the combo to give all your creatures +1/+1 for each other creature in play. Slightly more situational, but far more empowering in comparison. And you'd be dropping a boost for a bigger boost, in addition it would boost your mana base and make it easier to splash a couple other colors if you ever so chose to. Sliver Queen and Sliver Overlord are others that could work in place of Sliver Legion but the bonuses from them aren't as beneficial, nor similar to the buffing enchants you already have.
Your right, I could use some counters or creature control. I'll drop the 2 fabricate and 2 restos to start with since crucible is the only one I care for fetching/recurring. I'll toss in a couple boomerangs, negates, or ice cages to help. All I really play is casual so 4 strips is fine for that but yea in vintage i would prob drop 3 for counterspells.
Alright, yea I wasn't too sure of the creatures. I know I want to utilize islandwalk due to the plethora of my 'enchanted land is an island' enchants. At first I was going back and forth between Halimar Wavewatch and Enclave Elite trying to decide on extra early defense of Wavewatchers or the capability to attack quicker with Elites. I'll get an extra Stormtide or two to try it out but any suggestions on the mana ramp?
