True i agree with Hazzard0us and Kessler because you need some stalling cards or defensive cards like Wall of omens, it's a 0/4 and lets you draw a card so you can stall another 1 or 2 turns and drawing a card. And you might need to consider BS angel for late game and Offense(or maybe defense). It's pretty dam good for life gaining and IMO one of the best 5 drops in standard.

If you want you can splash red for Blightning and Burning Inquiry.(Draw 3 discard 3) And maybe put in some Megrim. They're not bad but not as good at Liliana Caress.

Have you ever considered putting vamper lacatetor, i think it will be good in your deck because it's a 2/2 for a Black mana.

It's a good deck, just needs some Seige gang commander.
i would say you should replace 2 leylines for 2 Chandra because you can just use it like a lava axe except it does 6 damage plus you can use it in in different situations, therefore more veristile?=D
