might i suggest cards such as Windfall, Wheel of Fortune (possibly fate?), Minds Aglow, and Wee Dragonauts. They have similar effects to Jace`s Archivist,except some make you draw 7 cards instead of the greatest amount discarded. i would swap out the arcanis for some mana acceleration to get the Niv Mizzet out faster (pyretic ritual, geosurge, mana myrs) also dont depend on tibalt for his first ability. i would swap it with more cheap card draw/control.
