I have a spirit EDH with Saint Traft as my general. Id suggest him or Grand Arbiter Augustin IV, they're the only useful blue/white legendarys for this deck. Hope you finish :) Check my decks out.

Spawnwrithes. I love em to death. They multiply like crazy if your opponent has a slow deck :)

Although they're good for the +2 +2, I'd put them on something else and give him curiosity since he's unblockable. Just incase you can't get the infect kill. Good deck though, check my stuff out.

I'd add some Voracious Hatchlings and maybe Batterskull. He might jack the price up but its sweet. You should probably add something for flyers, I'd probably put in some Vault Skirges.

That final "Win factor" is the mill. I know it seems kinda weird at first, but the objective is to stay alive long enough for them to slowly die :)

Clones are nice because they open up so many possibilities and are adaptive to most decks an opponent has. I made an adaptive deck once, I might add it to here, and it pretty much was Clones, Rite of Rep., and other things to help me pretty much copy any creature-based deck i got up against.

I like it. Last friday during a draft i played this other guy and we both had mill decks. Haha it was funny, we just were slowly dying every turn, until he got a second bloody tome out. The safe haven isn't to trigger his ability, its a place to stash him while I put other Kokushos out, and then bring him back by sacking the Safe Haven.

You can't play spells during Untap, and bargain is during Draw so how are gaining life back during upkeep? is it the next upkeep and you just make sure not to max out and die? If so, seems vulnerable to Lightning bolt etc.
