The owner of this deck hasn't added a sideboard, they probably should...
Start typing a card name and use the auto-complete feature to quickly select the card you're trying to add. Enter a quantity and add that card to your sideboard!

All-black vampire deck. Uses cheap vampires early to lead up to Kalitas, who is a vampire creation machine. All the vampires, including the created ones, are buffed up by the Vampire Nocturnus. Lots of creature removal thanks to Gatekeeper, Kalitas, and Feast of Blood. Destruction ensues. Hopefully.

Nice build. You dont often see kalitas in generic vampire decks so +1 for origenality. Some advise though. When Noctounus get stuck with a swamp on the top of the deck its a large problem for this deck. I know this is expensive but consider sliding in the black green and black white fetchlands. Just 1 can be a big help. It shuffles your deck, so you hopfully dont have a swamp on the top of the deck, and help bloodghast with his landfall ability. Just my 2 cents

A cheeper way to avoid noctournus's flaw is sign in blood which is a very good mono black card in itself
I'm not a fan of vampire decks at all, so it pains me to say this but... nice deck. I also like the use of Kalitas in here. One of the more unusual vampire cards, and I like it.
I hope you don't take this offensively, but theres a reason Kalitas isn't that common :P
Cakins...STFU!!! This guys is not bad. Instead of saying vague things about one stinking card, maybe give him some advice or complement him. And please stop with your incessant emotins that don't fit with what you are saying. Sorry, I had to get that off my chest. I do like that deck and it'll probably hold up very nicely at FNM. As far as help goes you might want a few more Bloodghasts in there as it is very useful when they all come back. Some other cards could be more helpful in higher quantities also. Other than things like that it's a great deck and you have some skill. +1 from me.
I would trade out the Lacerators for Child of Night or Bloodseekers as well as some additional Bloodghasts. Nocturnus is a great combo with Kalitas (although I am really not a fan of Kalitas). Overall its a nice deck and would work for FNM.
Hmmm. A good deck build, but I'm not sure about a few cards. I'm on the whole NOT impressed by Blood Tribute--too expensive. And Kalitas is fun, but he's not anything too special-I'd drop one of him for another Sorin. Sorin wins games. Kalitas usually doesn't. I also REALLY, REALLY like Vampire's bite. Try and run at least one more.
BlackDragon - Not impressed by Blood Tribute? If you are playing against another good deck that is keeping up with yours, Blood Tribute is a very powerful card. And in a Vamp deck it's an absolute game changer since you can gain the life you are taking from your opponent.
Wow guys, thanks for all the input! It really is quite helpful. I'd have to say I definitely like Kalitas despite the fact that he's not all that commonly used; I just like the card really. Definitely see the points on more Bloodghasts, as well as throwing some Child of Nights - the lifelink would synergize nicely with being pumped by Vampire Nocturnus. Could get rid of the Lacerators; I might have just been too keen on getting enough early drops. Another Sorin would be nice, I will take that into consideration. Thanks guys! I should get around to editing the list soon.
Also, @into_the_aether, I see your point about the fetch lands. I'll look at my options for that :]
Tweaked a bit: Lacerators were taken out in favor of some Child of Nights. One more Bloodghast, one less Gatekeeper, one more Guul Draz (as it's now my only one-drop), and one less Kalitas in favor of one more Sorin. Better? I definitely think Child of Night's lifelink makes it a great candidate for a Nocturnus-heavy deck like this.
