had a sunday standard tourney (I did pathetic) and got some packs from return to ravnica. When getting Nicol Bolas, It came through me to make a deck about him. Why not? He looks and probably is one of the perfect cards to base a deck off him, and by that, I mean make it RUB and spash in some control stuff. We'll try to do this so if you have any advice, please do so. And yes, this is another fictional deck BTW. Enjoy~
