too many one off's.. they're useless but regardless of that it's cool..
here are the cards i would recommend that you take out artifacts khalni gem-bouncing 2 lands really hurts alot more than you think cards to replace them-cultivate/rampant growth creatures ulasht the hate seed - only effective when you have alot of creatures out progenitus-the only way you can summon him is dramatic entrace cards to replace these two- x2 protean hydra/ x2 clockwork hydra enchantments quest for renewal- you wont be able to summon enough creatures to block the opponets, you'll have 2-3 big hydras if it becomes late game, which is easy to overswam. rage reflection- its a good card, expecially in a hydra deck, but trample would be better suited for this deck in my opinion where ancients tred-hydra's are more about stomping creatures, this card makes it lose its focus cards to replace them- Mayael's Aria/Shield of the oversoul/ Armadillo cloak land seems fine, but i would get rid of a couple of plains to and add more forests, you need a forest to play most of your hydras, and plains is only needed for one. spells brightflame- its 4 mana just to play the spell, not including the x cost, theres better burns, and though you heal too, theres lifelink trample cards to cover for that. dramatic entrance-the only card that this could be use for is progenitus dawnglow infusion- good healing card, but you can get trample cards with lifelink to cover for life gain firespout- this card is ok, but this card could be replaced by an x burn , or pyroclasm cards to replace-4 banefire/4comet storm/ 4 pyroclasm Along with the list above, i would recommend adding trample cards too. for this deck, loxodon warhamer and behemoth sledgehammer would be great since they have trample and lifelink (armadillo cloak too if you'd rather have enchantments) Hope this helps.

it looks alot better now, i did a sample draw a few times and it's alot more consistent now. Theres only two cards i would recommend swapping for. titanic ultimatum-you could use another behemoth sledge rathe than ultimatum. overwhelming stampede- again, i would get another behemoth sledge, just because its more consistent. one other thing I would look into is a way to protect your hydras when they're out (unsummons,pops, and exiles will rape hydras if you dont protect them), and how to protect yourself during the first 3-4 turnswhen you dont have a hydra out. lightminefield is a good card or ghostly prison. I personally use silent arbiter for my hydra deck, because only one creature can attack and block each combat phase, but i understand you wanna make this a hydra deck only. thats about all I can say though, It's looks good now. =]
If you want, you should check out my hydra deck. It's not pure hydra, it uses mana acceleration creatures to summon out hydras.
i added 2 equipments with shroud and a card to boost the counter aspect of the deck.
that works, the equipments and priviledged position will be good agaisnt removal and to avoid being ganged blocked. The only card im iffy about is contagion engine, the proliferate is a little slow. I would suggest mirari's wake instead, it's an enchantments for 5, doubles the mana you tap, and gives your creatures +1/+1.
