This is about as straightforward as it gets. Cast the Fiend, cast spells, and win more! :D Surrakar Spellblade also included for shenanigans! Kiln Fiend is obviously the damage engine of the deck, and he can swing an opponent down to half life by third or fourth turn if you play your one-mana spells correctly. Surrakar Spellblade is also really fun in this, as a way to replenish your hand and another prime target for Distortion Strike. Sea Gate Oracle is just dandy card selection and advantage, plus having a body that can block some annoyances and chump once he's been used. There's the burn package of Burst and Bolt to knock the opponent down quickly for a finishing Kiln strike, along with pumping Kiln himself. Staggershock rounds out the burn suite as a rebound that'll fuel Kiln plenty for longer matches. Ponder can help you draw into your combo pieces and fuel, along with pumping the Fiend and Spellblade, and Dispel is maindecked to deny the removal they'll undoubtedly shoot at a Distortion Strike'd fiend (and pump him in the process). Negate, Spell Pierce, and Swerve are all part of the sideboard as an extended counter suite in case you need to suit up for a matchup against a removal-heavy or burn-heavy deck. Kindled Fury is a dandy combat trick if you can't make the Fiend unblockable, taking out some fat blocker they toss his way. Surreal Memoir and Mnemonic Wall net you the mid-curve recursion necessary for longer matchups where you need to break through multiple times. Misty Rainforest and Arid Mesa are there for deck thinning, and an uncracked Scalding Tarn will do wonders to keep the opponent guessing on whether you're planning a Kiln Pump for one mana, and whether you have burn or a counter ready in hand. If anyone can comment or add suggestions, that would be awesome, because I'll hopefully be putting this jank together for FNM soon!
