Just an idea for a proliferate deck loosely based off a deck I saw on the wizards website. After playing with this deck for a bit, I've found its actually not too bad. My win conditions have been either a comet storm or a shoal'd figment pretty consistently.
The goal of this deck is to overwhelm your opponent with counters.Play a braid of fire as soon as possible to get some mana ramp going with its unconventional cumulative upkeep ability.Use this mana to keep the field looking the way you want it to with fuel, volt charge, and puncture blast.Play kargan early and use him mostly defensively until he's an 8/8 with firebreathing. Then you can use the braid mana to make a huge trampling flyer. The orrery makes sure no mana from land is wasted. You can wait to tap your land until the end of your opponents turn so you'll always have free mana for a quick burn or counter spell. If they end without doing anything interesting you can throw down another kargan or figment.Clasp and engine to whittle away at larger threats and to pump all the mana from braid into during your upkeep. This is your main source of proliferation so don't waste a turn without prolif-ing at least once!Comet storm and blazing shoal are your main win conditions.Comet storm being an instant is perfect, the braid mana will usually be enough to outright kill your opponent. If you can't comet storm, just use the braid mana on blazing shoal and target the figment. Sneak by with huge damage. That's about it! I've had great luck with this deck. So if you're into casual, proxy this out and try it for yourself.

I'm horribly surprised you're not using Shrine of Burning Rage.

You're right... Where do you think I could fit it in? I could see it replacing a comet storm or the altar. Or replacing figment altogether
I'm not too sure. Looking through the cards, Vedalken Orrery seems a bit expensive at 4 mana. The effect is nice, but it feels like the best spot to open for the Shrine. Also, Ogre Menial seems like more of a sideboard option to abuse Braid of Fire with 1 or 2 more Paradox Haze. It's the only source of infect. The other 2 creatures don't have infect and outnumber the Ogre. So this is another possible slot for the Shrine.
