i'm sorry but i don't see why everyone thinks abyssal persecutor is such a good card. sure it's cheap and strong - but an "indestructibility" makes sure you can't get rid of it when you need to... maybe i'm missing something... if so fill me in.

ok ur dumb b/c 1) most people dont run indestructibility and 2) play red black deck and run abyssal with bazaar trader. that way you give them an indestructible demon retard. -1

In the INCREDIBLY LIKELY incidence of Indestructibility not showing up to ruin your plans, a multitude of other removal exists to do the job. Abyssal Persecutor is an amazing card because of how incredibly cost effective he is. The ending stipulation is hardly a deterrent to his power. A smart opponent won't do something pointless like making him indestructible, they'll just terminate him on the spot.
It would be nice to have him in a demon deck...considering most demons make you sacrifice your own creatures...I'm thinking having him in combination with Xathrid Demon would be nice.
i understand the run with bazaar trader - but that's it. @shane. what good is an indestructible creature if you can't win the game. anyway, thanks for clearing things up - i was a bit sceptical.
There are so many ways to get rid of an Abyssal Persecutor when you don't need it any more that it's almost comical. The bottom line is, if you know what you're doing, use it. If you're an idiot, don't use it. Pretty simple.
