If possible, I would try and fix the mana curve. Being able to play cards everytime is great, and with only 1/3 of the deck being lands, it may be hard to get the higher end of the mana curve. Also, I would try and rely on the Sanguine Bonds too much. They're amazing cards, and using the Enlightened Tutor to pull them is great, but someone can just as easily have a Naturalize or something of the sort in their deck. I'd try to get more speed in the deck as far as creatures go. Vampire Nighthawks are AMAZING, and using Nip Gwyllion out and attacking on the first few turns is great.

Kokusho is nice when you play two of them with a Sanquine Bond out. Since they are Legendary, both are destroyed, you gain 10 or more life, and target player loses 10 or more life.
