pretty cool and cheap deck, Have you played it yet at fnm or in any standard tournament?

Nope. I have only been playing magic for about a year and have never been to a tournament. The only problem about this deck is that it's really slow. But if you can survive long enough it's hard to beat. And what makes it really cheap is that there are no dual lands. Dual lands are really expensive and make even cheap decks look hard to afford. Not that this deck couldn't use dual lands, i just don't have any and wanted people to know it's cheaper without.
Try guildgates..... Since RTR block is out, they provide the uses of a dual land at only $0.25! Although, they enter tapped reguardless
Not a bad idea. I haven't touched this deck in awhile, i should really look over some newer cards to up this deck a little. Sadly, this deck wont be able to work after the rotation of Innistrad.
Change it for modern then..... If the deck is mainly Innistrad, think about modern. Plus there are a LOT more options than standard
I've only been playing magic for a year and a half, so i made a decision to play standard for the most part. There are just so many different cards in modern, and it has a rather different play style as well. I think it would just be best to stick with what i know. I'll still play with this deck anyway, i'm pretty much strictly a casual player.
I hear that! I've also been playing for 2 years about and stopped playing in tournaments because of my lack of money and skills. Since people enter $1000 dollar decks into local tournaments and pwn everybody who has a deck that can be paid with a singular note
Yeah... Sadly most trading cards games have purchasable victories. You have to have the skill to back it up, of course, but if you don't have the cash to begin with then your screwed.
Tell me about it! A lot of my deck designs on here are either based on an idea, or are a deck that I've got and want to build BUT can't because of the $10+ cards in there that I can't trade for or buy
That's why i've been wanting to get into pauper, but the creativity of those decks can be really stunted with the few cards available.
