Here's my take on a Scepter/Heroic deck. Have at least 1 scepter with Roar of the Kha, Boros Charm or Brave the Elements to proc all the Heroics. Then have fun with whatever is on the others!!!!!
Play heroic creatures, attach blanket spells to scepter. Cast spell. Attack with bigger creature. Lather, rinse, repeat and pray someone doesn't destroy you scepter.
