Start typing a card name and use the auto-complete feature to quickly select the card you're trying to add. Enter a quantity and add that card to your sideboard!

The idea here (untested) is to stall the opponent out and drain them slowly until you can burn their face off or come at them with a siege-gang.

Deck looks promising...but sorta slow. Why in the world are you not running 4 Dark Rituals in the deck? Would take out the Stab Wound and Exquisite Blood. Would add two more creatures (maybe 2 more Sieges) and 4 Dark Rituals.
