I have spent many an hour debating on going UB or GB for my Infect deck. In the end, GB Infect is better just because you get Vines for the Vastwood, Giant Growth, Groundswell, Prey's Vengeance, and Mirrian Metal if you really want to as your one drop boost cards. You also can use Blight Mamba, Putrefax, and Rotwolf, but I personally think the artifact and black Infect cards are much, much better. The creatures you should be running are: - Ichorclaw Myr - Plague Myr - Plague Stinger - Phyrexian Crusader - Phyrexian Vatmother Hand of the Praetors are nice, but they are quick removal targets and cost too much. I ran two Hand's at the last local tourney I went to, and the he was killed either the turn I played him, or during the next turn. You swing with your little Plague Stinger with Distortion Strike and Unholy Strength on it. It dies to Burst Lightning, Lightning Bold, Pyroclasm, Slagstorm, and Arc Trail, which are all in every Vampire, Boros, RDW, Valakut, and Kudotha deck, while a kicked Vines or Giant Growth will keep them alive. The current meta is pure control almost, so you have to assume that you're going to facing it every game. The only good blue card in this deck are the Mana Leaks, while you could be putting in cards like Nature's Claim to deal with Swords of Feast and Famine, Swords of Body and Mind, and one drop kill cards for Wurmcoil's. You also need Duress to remove Planeswalkers or Swords from your opponent's hand, and Go for the Throat to get rid of any scary creature they may throw at you.

Here's what I would try out: - Drop the Mind Sludges to have four Sign in Bloods. - Sideboard the Hexmages to have four Nighthawks, Bloodghasts, and Highborns. - Sideboard two Bloodwitches and two Anowan, the Ruin Sages. - I would also swap out or sideboard the Disfigures for Doom Blades.
I always run four Nighthawks, Gatekeepers, Highborns, Bloodghasts, and Bloodwitches. Nocturnus is just the icing on the cake if you play casually or a must if you play competitively. I try to run two Anowon's just because his ability is pretty handy, and it is always fun to have in play when playing casually in a multi-player game. Drop two Urge to Feed's for two Doom Blade's and get rid of the Consume the Meek. Most of your Vampires cost three or less, so CtM just seems like a way too situational "oh shit" button. Drop some of these cards in here you only have one of to get playsets of some of the better cards you only have two or three of. Sideboard Vampire Hexmages.
I'd take four Bloodghasts rather than the Pulse Trackers. Solid deck otherwise.
