I think you should consider putting in Tend to the Pests since you're running so many huge creatures.

Oh, I see the strategy there. The issue I think is that since they are dropping their land on their turn they will have access to at least one color they want when they need it. I think those slots would be better suited to something supporting your main strategy, or an actual win-con.
I agree with wickerddarkman (shudder) you could come down on the Timberland Protector. 5 mana drops are not something you want multiples of, especially since you can go find him with Harbinger
Why make lands islands? Why not put some counterspells and isochron scepter? And is it worth having 4 archivists? He seems like a late game cycling effect and you're going to need some more spell repetition. Maybe go down to 3 and add a snapcaster mage
I would swap the narset reversal for more creatures, the Bloated Contaminator could work really well
I would def mainline the gray merchant. maybe go down on a few of the moans
with all this proliferation I think you should have Jiang Yanggu, Wildcrafter
I mean... 4cmc Sheoldred? Immediate swap for Hooded Horror
Love a good weird tribal, but IDK if Defiler is useful when absolutely everything already has menace
Have you tried using Thryx, the Sudden Storm? I think it works great with cyclone summoner
17 land seems like not enough land. I would drop 2 specters, a blightning, and a kolagha's command to get up to 21 land minimum.
If your goal is to win by self mill there are a lot of strategies that can do so. I don't see anything in the deck currently other than mirror mad that would accomplish this. Try looking at some combos from this link blow. Simply playing control is not going to accomplish the goal of self mill win.https://tappedout.net/mtg-forum/commander-deck-help/infinite-self-mill-combo/
What is the goal of the deck? Are you looking to make the self mill lab maniac win strategy work?
Also the new ninja turtle with ninjitsu Kappa Tech-Wrecker is a better option than naturalize as it's on top of a deathtouch body
I can't find a card called surge of might. Can you link it?
Also have you seen Questing Beast? It's arguably the best green creature ever and it's got deathtouch
Also Return to Nature is strictly better than naturalize
It's a really good idea to utilize Hooded Blightfang and or Fynn, The Fang Bearer. They fit really well into deathtouch tribal because they give a solid win condition and boost all other deathtouchers. Also 1-2 Vraska, Swarm's Eminence goes really well with deathtouch cause it's basically 2 creatures and a passive buff. The other thing to consider is how well deathtouch pairs with trample as well as first strike. I'd prefer swapping the giant growth with something bigger and trample like overwhelming stampede as a finisher.I think drop the fog (you want to deal damage) giant growth (not likely to out body a big player) pereguin mask (not good to not attack) and the go for the throat (why kill 1 when you can equip a Veridian Longbow and plink multiple targets) beast tracker (if you're looking for more deathtouch just put a deathtouch guy in there) Typhoid Rats (Foulmire Knight is strictly better) and the Kessig Recluse (4 for a 2/3? you can do way better with vraska and you already have reach handled with the deadly recluse. Also Narnam Renegade can hit 2/3 deathtouch for 1 mana especially if you use fetchlands)Source: I love deathtouch and I have built many many decks to this effect in this color set.
I like this list. I would recommend a "Tim" style tap->deal 1 damage [[Viridian Longbow]] because there are some creatures that just don't die to combat cause they refuse to engage. Maybe drop one planeswalker or a few spell bombs. [[Duress]] is also great when you're trying to keep a little army alive from wipes. Could swap 2 [[feign death]] for some [[Thoughtseize]]
I think what you want is something to give deathtouch a real bite. I recommend adding first strike, trample, or Tim(tap to deal 1) instead of the [[Without Weakness]] and [[Umezawa's Charm]] that you have. Something like 1 [[Akroma's Memorial]], 2 [[Chariot of Victory]], 3 [[Viridian Longbow]] would be super scary to see if I was playing against this deck
