why dude WHY coral merfolk ? it's useless youd better add cursecatchers they r really good.

and why th ematriarch if you don't have enchantments????
and why cancel if you can use familiar ruse!

Get rid of Rootwater Matriarch. Sure decks use auras, but he won't be used often.

I think Coral Merfolk is fine. A simple 2/1 that will get buffed up as the game goes on.

Might I suggest Mystic Compass. It'll turn a land into whatever land you want for a turn. Make their lands, if not already, an island :D Lets your guys make more hurt.

To buff them up, I'd grab a Door of Destinies, Coat of Arms, etc.
