Deck discussion for Soul Sisters Aggro

I would add some protection cards. This serves two purposes: One the one hand protection against removal, on the other hand it can make your finisher unblockable by all your opponents creatures with that color.
You could also remove "Martyr of Sands" as you don't need the quality of lifegain but the quantity.

Greetings
Muktol

Depends on the situation. "Brave the Elements" protects all your creatures from damage while "Gods Willing" protects only one creature but allows you to scry....for this deck I would prefer "Gods Willing" as of the scry effect. If you're having troubles with artifacts you could also choose "Apostle's Blessing"

What do I take out for Apostle's Blessing?

I would use 4 "Gods Willing" in the mainboard and have 2-3 "Apostle's Blessing" and/ or "Brave the Elements" in the sideboard.
Or you could do a 2/2 split between "Gods Willing" and "Brave the Elements" in the mainboard, have 1 additional copy of them in the sideboard and have 2-3 "Apostle's Blessing" in the sideboard. This would maximize your versatility, give you a good idea of what works and what doesn't and the chance of changing something from game to game.

I think in a deck that is trying to make a critical mass of creatures you should run brave the elements. to many anger of the gods/electrolyze/forked bolt. hard to win in a competitive event if you cant keep a board presence. try 4 ghostly prison sideboard, ive found them to rock!

so every creature you run except suture preist and Ajani's pridemate are humans... my suggestion would be to cut them, run martyr of sands and auriok champion (it turns of splinter twin/jund/ and possibly abzan) and then run 4 cavern of souls to combat control. this will help you vs control.

here is what I have built in real life-

Ajani's Pridemate is too powerful to cut, and Suture Priest, does not only shut off twin, but it punishes them for it. Every time they make a token they get drained 1 life. Auriok Champion can't do that. Auriok champ is a great card, but it's simply not as good, in this situation. Martyr's not really worth the slot because i want to trigger life-gain for when a creature ETB rather than straight lifegain. That's what makes the Soul Sister+ Ajani's Pridemate combo so good. Also, Running martyr rather than Suture lessens the chance of Spectral/Lingering Souls/Ranger of Eos shenanigans. Thanks for the Suggestions though.

what makes auriok champion so great is the protection built into it. suture preist and pridemate is great, but when you run into a lot of teir one deck they will just electroylize/anger of the gods/abrupt decay/murderous cut enough of the board to just kill you anyways. martyr of sand + serra ascendant can just be free wins. if you can get a turn 2 6/6 flying lifeling your opponent can just be dead. run your list at competitive events, and post your results!!!! if you find some cards not carrying their weight im down to tech with you on here! I personally love Conqueror's Pledge main board and Nomad's Assembly sideboard for longer matchups (which should be most games with all the life gain) Squadron Hawk is also nice to keep creatures coming out. I would possibly cut either the swords or Ranger of Eos.
