theres way to many cards that have nothing to do with milling. this deck will slightly annoy your opponent whilst he is raping your face.

pretty good, id recommend getting rid of the control aspect and focus more on just merfolk, but its up to you
if you want to make a serious mill deck you have to focus a whole lot more. right now this deck is awe full

If you get all your milling merfolk out this deck would be great, but it seems like you would be rocked before that would happen. You dont have any big milling spells and most likely you will never succesfully mill anyone. You need to focus more, trying to focus on two things rarely works out. Either make this deck a merfolk deck, or a milling deck (and you can keep some of the merfolk that mill). by some weird coincidence i happen to have a mill deck and a merfok deck, mill deck : http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=79831 merfolk deck : http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=80079 believe me, they are both far from perfect, but it shows you what either an all merfok or an all mill deck should more or less look like.
i actually have three of them and was thinking about putting them in.
the whole point of the deck is summon the school, other than that i just added some cards that do something when they are tapped. You seem to think my deck is centered around tapping cards, its not, thats just an added bonus.
haha believe me it kills me not to put them in there but i would like to buy these cards, and i dont have a job...
i strongly suggest 4 counterspells, its literally just cancel for one less mana.

i put Drowner of Secrets and surgespanner in my sideboard because i like them but i dont love them.
lullmage is good and ill defiantly think about putting him in. As for needing some way to tap merfolk, thats what summon the school is for...i thought that was apparent. currently, i end up playing summon the school twice per turn (stonbrook banneret reduces its mana cost to make it easier), and if i have two stonybrook banneret's out i can play it 3 times a turm. Usually i end up tapping the tokens i put out. So adding more cards that have effects triggered by getting tapped would actually be good, even without adding something to tap them. Thanks for the advice.
i took out 2 haunting echoes because i agree with you. And also i hope you know that usually by the time you get 6 mana to play keening stone, around half their library will already be in the graveyard, but yes traumatize plus keening stone does litteraly =win.
