RAISING DEAD- the fun way with..

Get rid of all of the blue cards. They add nothing to the deck. This sin't a control deck, so all of the cards like Echo Tracer and Boomerang are useless. If you want to get rid of their creatures, throw in Terror and Death Stroke.
A good way to get them to discard is with Spectres + Gnat Miser and Locust Miser. Maybe you should look at my Mindslayer deck for some ideas http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=26449

add nemesis of reason dont take out the islands and take out echo tracer add terror and diabolical tutor

Also, you'll want 20-22 land cards in a 60 card deck

Add Traumatize. It is a necessity if you're keeping this part blue. and Millstone

terror's are annoying tho if you're playing a black or artifact deck...they're useless zaplight. but i agree with you it should be a solid one colored deck.

Add a Mind Funeral (or 4) to this deck. I'd also throw in Jace Beleren, because Jace+Liliana = Awsome. Another thing you might want to look into is Glimpse the Unthinkable in place of memory sluice, since it's unlikely that you'll get to use it's Conspire ability.

actually i like mind funeral alot but i dont know if i want glimpse the unthinkable. glimpse the unthinkable costs alot (money wise and this is kinda a budget deck) and memory sluice i thought would be fine just because it costs 1 and its not bad to use it for the first turn, get lucky and use animate dead the next turn. Jace i want cuz paired with Liliana and the misers is awesome but i dont know what card to take out for it.

You have so few discard cards I would suggest Megrim...Keep at it.

if your going to add Jace, then might a suggest a Gilder Bairn you could activate Jace's mill ability the second turn he's out!
Ex. Play Jace, Gilder Bairn is tapped, activate Jace's first abilty, then pay 3 and untap Gilder Bairn, and Jace now has 10 loyalty! this is cheaper in mana cost and $ than doubling season and it's better for planeswalkers

hey, GUESSWATGUESSWATGUESSWAT... i am the first to comment on this deck in like 6 mo.s add djinn of wishes. Use lilianas tutor ability, then djinn and pull any card in ur deck into play for 4 manA

sadistic hypnotist is a must! use reasembling skeliton with em ad your opponent will never have a hand... also u might wanna throw in quest for the nihil stone, and use sighn in blood on them so they have cards to discard for things that require it for their abilities to trigger
EX sangromancer (whenever an opponent discards you gain 3 life) use that with sanguin bond and damage wil be unavoidable.
if you find that your opponent has no cards in hand and cannot discard and sign in blood isnt enough for you i may even suggest lookin at cephalid creatures
also this deck has potential for an infanite combo if u add mind crank and bloodchief accention

Replace Megrim with Liliana's Caress.
Traumatize seems powerful, but it isn't. When you get able to use it, the effect would'nt be worth enough. Instead use something faster, like Glimpse the Unthinkable. If Glimpse is too expensive try Tome Scour at least.
I think the single Drowner Initiate is only wasting room in youre deck.
Maybe you should try Jace's Archivist instead of Think Tank. With the Misers out you should be the only winner.
Also try adding some dual lands.
