Main Deck (61 cards)

Sideboard (0 cards)

No sideboard found.

The owner of this deck hasn't added a sideboard, they probably should...

Submit a list of cards below to bulk import them all into your sideboard. Post one card per line using a format like "4x Birds of Paradise" or "1 Blaze", you can even enter just the card name by itself like "Wrath of God" for single cards.

Deck Description

STANDARD! its a funny idea. get out your glaze fiend and a sculptor and eventually a whispersilk cloak. play ad nauseam and draw your deck, equip your fiend, play your hand (everything is like 0 or 1 and with the scultpor those 1s will be free) and swing for like a million. hopefully this will work. Ill laugh for a whole day if it does. Lemme know what you think. and leave suggestions on how i can improve. if this works, this is what im going to FNM with. : )

The main problem I see is a lack of draw mechanic. Maybe use the classic turbodraw build since this is using artifacts anyway? Howling Mine / Font of Mythos would speed up your chances of getting the combo out in a given game.

Might want something to protect the Glaze Fiend before you can get Whispersilk Cloak on it. I'd guess any instant speed removal is going to hit it once you play the cloak. A second win condition might be necessary. Your basically putting all your eggs in one basket which usually doesn't work out to well from my experience. Also, like suggested, some drawing would be great. Some decks might overrun you before you can even find your creatures.

The idea is interesting though.

protection might not be needed becuase i realized when playtesting it that once i get ad, i get all the cards i need and multiples of them too. if it gets killed ill just play another. Draw is a good idea tohugh. just dont wanna put it too many howling mines though becuase i dont wanna speed my opponent up too much either and i dont wanna suffer the effects of the mana cost when i play ad. thanks for the comments so far! : )

I just have a rules question here - despite the casting cost being lowered, doesn't the converted mana cost of those artifacts remain the same? So then you'd probably lose all your life if you try and play out your whole deck in one turn. That doesn't mean that you can't just play out only enough artifacts to kill your opponent though....
I like it! +1 =)

lol. yeah you would kill yourself if you tried to play the WHOLE deck. the sculptor only lowers the cost of you playing them. The idea is just to get enough to win. the title was mainly an attention grabber. I might make a legacy deck like this that can get out the whole deck though. Thats gonna be the shit. lawls. thanks for looking! : )

Try running something to take Glaze Fiend from the graveyard? If I saw it I would burn it before it can even do anything...

pretty cool, but i think the sculptor makes it less to play, and doesnt lower the actual mana cost
great idea though
you might be able to find more 0 costing artifacts to lower the number of 1 costing artifacts

for example, seat of synod and vault of whispers would work for the glaze fiend and the ad nauseam. then there is
claws of gix
dark sphere
delifs cone
fountain of youth
paradise mantle
tormod's crypt
urza's buable
and so on
