i wont lie. this looks freakishly annoying. you have a thing for diabolic edict as well. completely understandable though. its superb. also, since you said you have trouble getting people to look at your decks, try coming up with more interesting names to grab peoples attention. black and vampires arent too thrilling, no offense. this deck has a better one though. +1

i would replace kiku's shadow with something like unmake. that way it insures that the creauture will be removed from play. if you are using it against like 5/6 or something with a high defense, kiku wont get the job done. other than that, well done. +1

more counterspells, get rid of govern the guildless and just replace them with 2 more confiscates, add some more lands (19 doesn't seem like enough), put in some isochron sceptors to keep using your counterspells, get rid of covenant of minds (it just seems bad to me- costs too much) and maybe rethink panoptic mirror because it doesnt seem like it adds anything. the only spells you may want to imprint on it are limited. you cant really put counterspells on it because you will be playing worthless couterspells at the begining of your upkeep. maybe sidebaord purity since its ability really only works against burn. good start though, the idea is there

not bad for a first deck. +1 i would try to slim it down to 60 cards though to make it more consistent. other than that its good to see you are including multiples of cards. many new people to the game try to make decks with too many singles.
