if you are planning on using it in tournaments, you need to bring the deck to 60 cards. a good place to start wouuld be to add some more lands. 60 card decks should run 20-24 lands. i would also find something else other than fireblast because in my opnion , its just bad. it costs too much. maybe a furnace of wrath or sulfuric vortex as well. i like firebolts as well just because of the flashback. they come in handy sometimes. think about putting more creautres that stay in play longer as well. maybe some walls for defense.

there is absolutely no reason to have those cascade cards in there. they cant cascade into anything. they are useless. you need more lower costing cards. as it is now this deck is extremely slow. think about putting in some mana ramp and some ancestral visions and spellbook to get the full effect of your hypergenesis. cool idea though

yeah there are. can't think of the names off my head right now but what i do if i need specific abilities like that is go to the advanced search on card kingdom and fill in my requirements. IT IS UNBELEIVABLY HELPFUL. in the process you may also stumble upon some lesser known gems! : ) that's what i do any way. there are some wizards that change creatures types i know as well that cost one blue mana. forget the name. but seriously go to cardkingdom.
