i would put in birds of paradise if i cold afford them, but i cant so im not.

feral hydra is cool, and i considered it when making the deck but i dont know what to take out for it.

o and if you are going legacy, you might want to consider misery charm for an easy 2 damage.

i decided to sideboard the vines cuz i thought that giant growth would be faster. i got worried that 2 forests wouldnt always be available.

thanks for looking!!!! i would put in the birds but i dont really have the money to afford a playset of them. llanowar is also fine becuase of the 1 higher attack it offers over the birds. The vines of vastwood is a great idea though. i playtested it against someone who kept pathing my creatures at the wrong times and the shroud would have been a huge help in those situations. thanks again for the comments.

i would replace elctropotence with pandemonium and get some entombs in there so you can get your leviathans in the graveyard faster. also if you find them to be in your hand, you may want to consider putting in merfolk looter so you can discard them. other than that, good idea.

im familiar with the tactic sir and ive actually made a polymorph deck like the other day. its slow though and doesnt work that well. thanks for commenting though.
