But another good card to make you draw is Chromatic Sphere.
The bad thing of Riddlesmith is that it's not an artifact and so slow down the whole deck.

Also another cardo to consider for mana is Glimmervoid in hte future, cause in some way you need to produce some black mana or the cranial is useless

You may need something to accel the mana also, like Springleaf Drum, or better Mox Opal if you have the dolla. (maybe a future revise of the deck)

Also an EXCELLENT (but still expensive one) is Archbound Ravager, it's fantastic how he defend you against cards like Price Of Progress.

And Master Of Etherium.

AAAND the fantastic Etched Champion, fantastic to give him Cranial Plating.

If you want some counter use Stoic Rebuttal.

Another creature preyy nice in affinity is Myr Enforcer

Maybe you can cut Riddlesmith, no card advantage, pretty weak, and 2 Broodstar.

You could use something like Trepanation Blade have a nice boost when attacking.

Also I think the mana curve is a bit unbalanced, maybe some Plague Myr could help you also for the mana accel.

Also I cannot understand how Force of Savagery would stay in the battlefield cause it's a 8/0.

the +1/+1 counter are permanent this way, and nothing say that you cannot choose the same creature as a target 3 times. (obviously the price will be lower after the release)

Well maybe a creature like Wall Of Roots, that's pretty good with trostani, adn may do a good work as mana accel while beeing a good defender.

Think having trostani on the battlefield

1: play wall of roots, gain 5 life
2: put -1/-1 andd add G
3: cloudshift wall of roots
4: gain other 5 life
5: put another -1/-1 if you want

Totally you use 3 mana (two for wall of roots and one for cloudshift), but you still have
2 mana ready to be used.

Also you could retail a bit of space reducing the mana to 20 cause you don't have a big mana curve.
And also I suggest to not count on a unique BIG card like Armada Wurm, better to reduece it to 1 and add a Trostani's Summoner.
Cloudshifting Trostani's Summoner would be amazing

I think you could do more with something like Cloudshift (On the web I cannot understand id is Standard legal)
It's pretty cool to have a 5/5 with trample 2 times instead of one, and it's also usefull to avoid card like blade of doom or unsummon

But where's the wincon?

Watch also for Burning-Tree Emissary, if they don't counter it, it's like playing it for free

It's pretty strong to use Phytoburst that would give suddenly a +5/+5

It's perfect that you could also attach it to Temple Garden

You could do a pretty cool mincon with Predatory Focus that make pratically all your creature unbloccable.

Why don't you remove Grizzly Fate and make it Modern Legal?

Also pretty much all your creatures are W/G, I think you could like something like a Tolsimir Wolfblood, it will
give +2/+2 to W/G creatures and also add pratically a 4/4 legendary wolf (only one in your battlefield unlucky)

I think you could like to add a Somberwald Sage, it's a very good boost for creatures.

Instead of cards like Armada Wurm I personally prefer something like Tolsimir Wolfblood that will give me a lot of +2/+2 or Knight of New Alara that's pretty similar in this situation.
But if you wanna keep it why don't you try somethin like a Cloudshift, it will combo with
both Armada Wurn and Blade Splicer.
And if you got on the battlefield Trostani coudshifting Armada Wurm mean +10 life!
