I'm just not sure if this deck will actually work with 12 mana. I know you have 4 llanowar elves also but still. You need at least 2 for the Fluctuator to be put out and you won't be able to begin the cycling combo until you have a way to produce two mana. Aside from that, sick deck. I just can't decide while looking at it if it will actually work consistently.

I tested it and found that nearly every time it was fine mana-wise. I only need two mana potential to 'go off'.
