So main idea is to try and utilize some low cost artifacts quick to flood the field. Then manage to get out enchantments which prevent counters and prevent opponents ability to utilize the graveyard by tossing the graveyard to exile instead. Then utilize the mill effects of creatures and spells such as combo with hurkyl recall and brain freeze on the 0 cost artifacts. Lastly utilize soulGorger, thing in the ice, and dark depths with solemnity to quick cast big creatures and not have to pay upkeep costs for soulGorger. Containment priest is added to help prevent creatures being cheated out by opponents

Ruin crab is better than Iceberg Cancrix, it's 1 less and mills 1 more per land

I think his aim is to be able to go selfmill sometimes.Interesting blend.I can recommend surgical extraction as it adds to the spell count and fights the graveyard too.
You don't mainboard rest in peace if you plan that, and even then I don't see an advantage to self mill here.
We are not seeing the sideboard :)Sometimes people tend to keep the sideboard a secret. The three rest in peace is obviously a meta call, but against some decks they must become sideboard, and that how he will probably throw some people off, by suddenly enabling the graveyards when people sideboard their grave tech out to avoid rest in peace. The title is part of the lure ;)
Either way Hedron crab is enough to cover that
Could be, but some people prefer redundancy
