its okay, its hollow, i need something more to start the combo, maybe more 2 cast artifact mana makers
opinions aside, where is the solution to the problem you claim exists with the land base? The recalls are one of the main cards to the storm synergy. on turn 4 after the Mishra is cast you can start to develop multiple mana dumps and artifact accumulation, using cloud key and etherium sculptor the artifacts become free, they develop copies then recall them all mana floating restart the process play a cloud key grab another then play the second one from hand for (1) then grab the fourth then drop all artifacts and storm with grapeshot or use invoke to win, if you begin to fizzle use invoke to draw and continue.
Take out two tibalts and one think twice and a goblin electromancer for four thoughtscour, take out two lands completely to make the deck 60 cards. if this is tournament at all, make a sideboard with your deck at the same time so you know how to stop popular archetypes near you. Counter-spells like dispel and dissipate are awesome in the side, ghost quarters if Some people locally play maze's end and Jace memory adept beats other control matchups. look into rolling tumbler over flames of the firebrand to kill your opponents creatures. the land base should be 4 sulfur falls and 4 steam vents no guildgates. until then, have 4 guildgates and 11 mountains 9 islands, also goblin electromancer should be snapcaster mage.
