Early on you can grind down your opponent with Triton Shorestalker and rip through your deck with Omenspeaker. Master of Waves and Thassa's Rebuff allow you to wield you devotion to blue as a mighty weapon whilst working up to the awesome Stormtide Leviathan.Some counterspell elements allow you to protect your creatures from pesky Doom Blade's or Hero's Downfall. Arbiter of the Ideal also allows you to sneak your creatures/lands into play

Awesome mono blue deck! It's hard to make a competitive creature-based or non-control-oriented mono blue deck, but I can see this one working very well. Kudos!

Thanks! I just couldn't ignore the awesome creatures that mono-blue has gotten in the latest expansions and the Stormtide Leviathan reprint was too good to ignore
