they already focus me so what's the point of removing him? he's there to cause more havoc and irritation which all the more fun for me. i'm taking planar portal to consideration. i've just bought several cards including primeval titan so i'm a little short on cash for awhile. this deck was made for multiplayer though its a whole lot more powerful in 1 vs 1.

my deck is not really much of a graveyard creature based deck so i try not to get alot of creatures in the grave. specially since my play group likes to grave hate..
i've always considered putting geth in there but haven't decided what to remove since all the creatures seems decent to me. i do agree that undertaker most of the time just sits in my hand doing nothing or on the field.. primeval titan is expensive right now its like $30.. so i'll wait till it's cheaper. trying not to spend over 20 bucks on cardboard.. memnarch always made me curious but never found a place for it. same with planar portal. the whole point of teferi is that when i don't actually have leyline out or someone destroyed leyline. and his most valuable effect, making ALL the spells my opponents has in their hands sorcery. that means they can't counter any of my spells. i've found him very useful every time i play him. he's staying for good. never been a fan of psychatog. everyone loves him but i just don't so he's not going in. well thanks for the suggestions, i'll see what happens. right now the deck is very strong and i haven't really lost with this deck specially not 1 vs 1. i only lost once because all 4 players knew what my deck does and did all they could to beat me and yet they still took awhile to win.
maybe myr battlesphere can pump him up faster. there's also gravecrawler. you can always cast him from the grave.
Vexing shusher would fit real nicely in this deck. lets you have your spells uncounterable by your opponents so its alot more safer to cast them.
hmm i do have cultivate in there and like 5 other mana ramp cards lol. its not slow on the mana side, however its slow on getting what it needs. often times i'd wish i had a lightning greaves out so i could protect seedborn muse from a doomblade and i have no counter spells for it. i once had a turn 3 damia. that was good times.. all 3 opponents i was facing surrendered after.
hmm, not sure about rhystic. demonic should be enough.
you might also consider adding in quicksilver amulet. since you got alot of high mana cost creatures. (although i have a friend in my play group who runs a zur deck with just zur as a creature. not including the mana ramp myrs)
Solitary Confinement + necropotence. you shall NEVER be countered, never be hurt by enemies. enchantments that i can say are staple: vanishing (for zur) daybreak coronet (omg.. yes) Battle mastery (this with daybreak.. my gawd) nevermore (and then your opponent can NEVER cast his/her general) Phyresis (and you just won the game) zur decks should be running alot of counter spells not tutors. zur IS THE TUTOR himself. tutor all your enchantments and you won the game.
an enchantment deck with not alot of enchantments and a ton of artifacts... hmm.
np. diabolic tutors cost 4 mana though. you could be dead by then or wasting alot of discard/draw cards for no reason unless you get a caress. if you're not too worried about money, demonic tutors will serve you very well. they cost roughly 10-12 bucks each. deck's fine though.
needs tutors or shuffle alot till you get liliana's caress in your starting hand. otherwise, decent. maybe remove megric for painful quandary though or quest for nihil stone.
remove megrim, replace with painful quandary and quest for the nihil stone 2 each. add despise and remove surgical extractor.
not sure abotu dovescape since that would mean all my other spells become birds :/ and the point was to have as much storm crows as possible.
that's actually a better idea, thanks!
discard mill doesnt work. discard draw does. also discard bounce.
since you like seeing new things, you could try the EDH format. its pretty nice. http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=314579 here's mine for an example. basically you have 99 cards and 1 general and only one copy of each card except basic land. pretty great format in my opinion :D
lol. seems pretty good already so not sure. i tried a hand and it gave me 2 llonawar elf, bloom tender and a terra stomper. then some lands and another llownar. needless to say i was casting terra stomper at turn 4. lol
wait, why is there one copy of each creature only?
The theme of the deck is centered around Damia's ability to refill my hand up to 7 cards. I will tell you now that this deck is the type of deck that will draw alot of hate from your opponents. you might as why, and the reason is simple. Damia's card advantage. For this reason, it is normal that your opponent will try their best to get rid of Damia. This is why alot of counter spells are included in this deck and also alot of protection artifacts and utility monsters that are scary by themselves. For example, Azusa is on the field. She's not a threat late game, but think about this. you have Urborg on the field and cabal coffers plus a simic growth in hand. then you tap cabal coffers for the mana and use it to summon for example, Phage. (counter whatever your opponent throws at it.) here's the fun part, you play simic growth targeting cabal back to your hand, then playing cabal coffers again for more mana. this is why people will try and get rid of azusa if they dont know your deck yet. phage is obvious. you play it, put swiftboots on it, put whispersilk cloak and attack for the win. this deck is nearly unbeatable with a decent start even if 3 players are focusing you down. trick is to be stealthy and scheme. try to make allies before you start throwing down your aces. so obviously don't play things that makes you an immediate threat to everyone and you will be safe :D P.S. I've updated the deck to look more like what it is currently. just need a demonic tutor, urborg and cabal coffers..
