I would remove delver then add an island, a pike, and a fourth mage. Replace index with desperate ravings. Remove chandra and 1 thunderous wrath for 2 think twice let guttersnipe play crowd control while drawing cards gaining advantage and let niv and a piked stalker win for you.
Ive play tested it against a few deck and found that it is a better control engine if loose all the stalkers and replace them with a essence scatter and three unsummons. Then switch the dissipates to syncopates. Guttersnipe cant target creature so he is not that great for crowd control. Brimstone, izzet charm and pillar of flame are mainly crowd control with the unsummons for the big creatures. But i am still playtesting. Check out the modified deck list and tell me what you think. I do like the think twice idea though... yet i feel like dangerous wager may be a better choice as in late game it allows for two new cards with no cards being discarded, not to mention the ability to use it as a instant.
