i usually run gravity well in the sideboard, or spider umbra
Spider Umbra could be a bit iffy, but Gravity Well seems like a good idea. I also run Wickerbough Elders instead of Rootgrapple.
wickerbough elders isnt going to kill an planeswalker or sufficate your opponents land count
True, but it does do well for its cost and size. Planeswalkers aren't usually a problem for me-I use black/white as well, with Murmuring Bosk as the white/black land and Thorntooth Witch to kill creatures.
all of the top tier decks right now do not rely on planeswalkers, but have them as a major win condition usuall have 2-3 jace the mind sclupter (or wallet eraser) and 2 gideon jura/elsperth
and as long as were talking about cost, with treefolk harbinger, bosk banneret, leaf-crowned elder, and cultivate i dont think we need to worry about mana.
In that case, Woodfall Primus?
he does cost a bit but getting him out reliably wouldnt be an issue, i should probally put him in the sideboard though, nice suggestion
Doran....... black/white... if you splashed white and black it would be a lot better.
doran is about they only amazing treefolk from white or black, there are quite a few ways to drop him without actually splashing white or black, and i used to do this, however i found it unnecessary.
indomitable ancients is also good with or without doran, its either way a good card
thats ONE card from black or white, not worth of going green/white now is it?
