Mono Black Devotion is taking quite knock back during the next rotation. But this is sort of how i envision it being played after rotation.
I've picked Herald of torment over Master of the Feast as it doesn't supply your opponents with extra cards each turn and loosing 1 life per turn is much more beneficial... And a 3/3 flyer doesnt seem as big of a threat as a 5/5 flyer... so hopefully it wont be killed off straight away and will be able to get in some damage.Use your low mana costing kill spells during the early game so when you drop Nighthowler he will be a massive threat. Also use the new Khans card Despise to remove creatures from your opponents hand to slow them down and buff your nighthowlers. You can also use thoughtseize to do this, providing there isn't a better card to take out. I've also added in Pharika's Chosen as he is a lovely 1 drop with death touch... Can be used to defend quite well and is a easy way to increase Nighthowlers power.I've added in two Abhorrent Overlords, use them when you can gain high devotion with Nykthos. Then swing in the air for game :) Other than that, most of Mono Black Devotion has stayed the same, Gary, Whip etc etc....Hope you like, feed back wanted :)SideboardI like Returned Phalanx as it’s a 3/3 for 2 mana, helpful against aggro decks.March of the returned can be sided in if you need to bring back Gary or other important creatures back to your hand… This helps if you struggle to draw into whip, or just want to play Gary more often.Dark Betrayal, a lovely little kill spell for 1 mana… simple enough… especially for when playing against mirror matches.Boon of erabos, helpful when trying to trade and needing a sneeky advantage. Pharika’s Cure is another kill spell to help in the early game which also gives you a bit of sustain.
